By building a building inside the yurt, they both got a bathroom and cleverly divided the round space into pie-shaped “room” areas. It’s not small. About 67 ㎡ for the kitchen area, living room/guest space, office, and bathroom. The master bedroom is on top of the bathroom cube, surrounded by green plants and lit by a circular roof window.
My preconceived notions about yurts as primitive tent-like nomad living quarters were turned on its head when I saw how modern they managed to make it look inside. A large part of it may be due to the light interior colors and contemporary furniture. I also thought it looked much smaller on the outside than inside.
