Small but not tiny house

I liked this house. I’m not sure if it fits among small spaces being around 60 ㎥, but it is nice. Especially for a one-person household, it has plenty of space. The built-in sofa is an idea I have had for our house. I would make it larger and cozier-looking. Frosted plastic in the windows facing the street was smart. The owner has lived there for three years, and yet it looked like the tin roof color had started to peel off. Hopefully, it wasn’t.

What did you like/dislike about it?

I liked the open plan living space, which was pretty much the bottom floor! Having a built in sofa made it easier to maximise the space and made it look bigger than it was!

Yep, I agree. The bottom floor was angled so the openness didn't make you feel like you couldn't hide.
