I saw this clever fold-away staircase by Australian design company Bcompact. They call it the Hybrid stair. For space you don’t use all the time I think this can be a good solution.

Interesting. I wonder what the weight limit is? I am thinking about if one needs to carry some furniture up to the second floor 🤨

I have seen people have draws for each stair as a smart solution to maximising storage space.
