When I first moved into our house I didn't realize how tight of a fit our furniture would be compared to the apartment we moved from. I made the huge mistake of purchasing our couch before measuring the living room so I had to reimagine how our space would look. 

James had the idea of getting sitting chairs oppose to a loveseat and I am so happy we went with that decision. There is more space with the sitting chairs, allowing more light to filter into our house. I am able to add cute knick knacks with out it looking over cluttered next to a bulky couch, and I find them to be better for reading.

The chair we got were built in the 1950's and are mustard yellow, we accented them with brick red throws to give it a boho look.
